Shae is currently a Producer at Fremantle Media, Inc.  She has worked in casting on seasons 12 and 13 of America's Got Talent and has been a producer/casting producer for season 1 of American Idol on ABC.  Shae is known for her meticulous eye for uncovering up-and-coming {fresh} talent as well as working with artists to perfect their craft and get them TV ready.  Her warm personality enables her to truly connect with talent and pull the very best out of them.  Additionally, Shae's extensive background working both on camera and behind the scenes makes her an extremely valuable asset.
